We are happy to visit all of our customers and conduct a free site survey. From this we're able to give you an estimate that will be valid for 30 days. It's all part of the service.  

We are committed to only using marine-grade stainless steel, which, unlike inferior metals, never rusts or tarnishes.

We are able to provide a supply-only service on some of our products. Please speak to our team if you're thinking of installing your own system.

In most cases, planning permission is not required for replacing or installing balustrades, particularly on private properties. For balconies, however, planning permission is usually required unless it is a like-for-like replacement. 

If your property is listed, in a conservation area, or the balustrade is part of a significant extension, it’s always best to check with your local authority. We work closely with Devon and Cornwall Planning Consultants to provide expert guidance as part of our service. 

Installation time depends on the size and complexity of your project. Typically:

• Smaller projects and internal work: 1–2 days
   
• Balcony or larger systems: 2–5 days

We always provide a realistic timeline during the consultation and keep you updated throughout the process.

We require payment to be made via bank transfer. Our payment terms dictate that a 50% deposit is made upon order, with the balance to be paid when you're happy with your finished project.
